The tech of everything is the Achilles Heel of the exercise. One bug, one power surge, one mis-stroke on the keyboard,,
That said, the configuration of comm lines and interconnected chatter will be another nightmare.
Then you have pilots/ Soldiers/ sailors/ marines/ Airmen,,, and all else relaying orders being keyed or cut in on while receiving / transmitting info is another scenario , then having the whole of the operational chessboard upset by the split-second change of events/ orders/ actions of the combatants and such fouling up the whole plans and flow of info,...
If they can pull this off, it could be bigger than Operation Overlord / Midway/ ... combined.
I know it's just an exercise, to see how effective it can be, but one faulty wire could make the whole of command lose considerable face.
