I was at the American Legion this evening and all of my friends who are Navy were commiserating over how... with all the radar and all the watch positions, could these collisions have happened. No solutions... but we are all flabbergasted at this series of events (culminating in the subject situation).

I know there is more to come. Prayers and thoughts for the families of the missing and dead as well as the crew. Hope the crew has been able to tell their families they are okay by now!
