This doesn't pass the smells fishy test. Those truckers will be without jobs if there were pipelines.

The city of NIS KU is industrial city that does maintenance and Pipelines accessories and parts. Respectfully, it is affected by the lack of pipeline. You Don't See Jane Fonda on those trucks saying big 10-4

I forgot to tell you that Nisku and Leduc are oil hubs. They have standard pumpjack oil wells there's so their Productions than going down because they are old oil location.

For instance we should pay no attention to the political statements of global warming proponents, if the depend on government funding to support their research. Is that in keeping with your sniff test.
