I had noticed the guy during the parade, never thought 'fake arms'. I just figured he was focused in his Alert zone and that's where he keeps his hands to best sweep the coat back and respond.

I want to know how the "military and law enforcement experts" were that they talked to. I mean really, you see him using his arm, moving his hands and you know it's not a fake arm or anything crazy. Put down the Red Bull and PlayStation controller; turn off Call of Duty and get some fresh air people.
