They talk a lot of trash but that nuke is just as likely to blow up on the launch pad.

I agree with your assessment. I think the fact that this test missile landed so close to Russian territory is evidence that they have very little control of their missiles after they leave the launch pad (if they actually get off the launch pad). If they try to actually launch a nuke, the likely result is they blow themselves off the face of the earth.

SSgt Gary Andrews - They could also accidentally nuke China or Russia which would end really badly for them as well.

Why should he worry? We coddled his father and now we have been coddling him. China protected him and we needed "good relations" with China to counterbalance the Soviet Union. Sadly, when the Cold War ended and the Soviet Union collapsed, we had been too long in the habit of maintaining this dysfunctional relationship. Thus, these father and son dictators of North Korea were conditioned to play with fire without getting burnt. It's going to take a helluva lot of moxy or a singular lack of common sense to alter that dynamic now. Until then, the man-child in charge of North Korea will strut and posture and diplomatically "Moon" US.

LTC Padron, that spoiled fat boy has some mommy and daddy issues but now has some serious weaponry. We are going to have to deal with them sooner or later. It is not going to be good for anyone involved. If too much time passes they will have the capacity and will use it. They must be dealt with.
