SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea on Tuesday fired a ballistic missile over Japan for the first time in five years, forcing Japan to issue evacuation notices and suspend trains during the flight of the nuclear-capable weapon that could reach the U.S. territory of Guam and possibly beyond.

We have no stones in the white house...this calls for at least verbal escalation...all they will do is tell the folks in Guam to go to your safe spaces and make sure she/her or he /him or she/him or he/her have their binkie and make sure mommie is close by.

Perhaps a 'test' missile being fired over DPRK which goes awry into the Capitol city is neede.
