Funny how what was horror in 1922 comes across as close to comedy when you watch it today.

This is the scene that scared the daylights out of me when I was a kid in 1959.
Christopher Lee was Dracula in the movie. I had nightmares about that movie. :o)

My nightmare movie was the old silent Phantom of the Opera. My mother was watching it late night, I woke up, walked downstairs, and saw this scene. SPC Woody Bullard

SGT (Join to see) - That is one of the great scenes from the old horror movies for sure. You probably had a tough time going back to sleep after that scene.
Boris Karloff in the old Frankenstein movies was another actor that scared me but I loved watching those old horror movies when I was a kid.

As I said, Shadow of the Vampire fits so well with Nosferatu
