The PLCAA is still a federal law. How CA thinks they can just ignore it is beyond me. CA is a State of the Union, the only way something like this could fly is if it ceded from the Union. Don't see that happening, they'd loose all their federal funding and collapse.

Are we shocked? Hawaii is doing the same type of thing...with impunity. Apparently, a court decision only has weight if the states decide to follow it. It shouldn't take a court decision to have a state follow a previous court decision. It's incredulous.
