How bout the citizens of Oakland get out and clean up their own streets. They allowed this to occur, now they need to fix it. No way should the military be involved.

How did the citizens cause this Major? And By the way, The Citizens quite often do get out and help clean the streets. But it is a silly response to a civic issue.
