Leaving in about an hour. 50 minute drive. Taking the big brown box in case we don't get in. Chance of rain. Don't want our new MAGA tees to get wet. :-))

Sgt (Join to see) Thank you! Understand you wanted to attend. You need to. Even better than Rolling Thunder. We hit heavy traffic on the Tom Mix Parkway just past Oracle Junction (45mi +/- out) But moved well. Arrived just before 1pm. They had a section set aside for mohos. We were one of the last to arrive. Quite a few had pulled in the day before. I'd say over 100, but the usual suspects would scream "liar!", only 99! Leveled her up, deployed the slide outs, too windy for awnings. Mingled with the crowd, bought stuff we didn't need. Don't know how you get those primo spots right behind the prez, but we did get primo spots in the cheap seats behind the fake news cameras. :-)) From where we were at, when President Trump started talking, cars were still bumper to bumper along Price Hywy all back to the 79 (5 -6 mi?). No one in a hurry to leave after. Impromptu tailgaters everywhere waiting for ability to drive out. Did not see anything except excited positive people. Walked back to our glamper and it was just a large party. Generators humming, BBQs going, wandering site to site. Kinda like loaves and fishes going on. Someone had a "wee drop 'o the Irish" so we moved our Breville to a table outside. Expresso is better with a wee drop. Poor machine seldom works so hard. Finally started breaking up about 2AM. Mohos are starting to move out, we will directly, after late breakfast. Amazingly, after all that pandemonium last evening, almost no litter. Full trash cans. This outdoor venue was perfect. Halfway between Phoenix and Tucson. MAJ Hugh Blanchard Lt Col Charlie Brown MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. MSgt Robert "Rock" Aldi
