Thanks LTC (Join to see) for making us aware that a mere 12 out of 12,731 B-17s Flying Fortress heavy bombers are still serviceable.

B24 and B17 at Moffett Field May 2015

Not very often you see both types of bombers together in one place outside of an air museum especially seeing both types in flying condition.
