SFC William Farrell Oh He's Got Quite a Lot More but one of the Uniform Options is to Only Wear Your Top 3. When You work Inside the Beltway, Washington, DC. Unless it is a Formal Function that is Pretty Much the Norm.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - Ah yes, Chip. I'm well aware of that. I have a friend of mine who is a retired Special Forces soldier. He has the Distinguished Service Cross, the Legion of Merit and the Bronze Star. We were all down in NYC for 911 a couple years ago, one of my brothers who did not service in the military and who has seen him in uniform before said to him, where are the rest of your medals as he had a bunch. I said to my brother, he has the three on that count!

SFC William Farrell - When I Reported to DC. I don't think I even had 3 Ribbons as an E-6 Good Conduct and MUC. Most of My "Gedunk" came after 1991.
