OPEC states declare oil embargo

It was because of this that I got an indefinate layoff from GM OLDSMOBILE in Lansing, MI. 6 months after i hired in right out of high school was off longer than i worked so made decision to join the ARMY National Guard hired back into GM March 7th 1975
