Opinion | A Warning to the C-Suite on Racial Preferences

I really don't see a change coming anytime soon. Almost all big corporations have made enormous expenditures into the DEI nonsense and that ROI has been minimal, but the money is spent. Changing course would prove that their leadership made the wrong calculation. It will take investors withholding funding before things go back to merit based hiring. The hiring process and HR policies have been completely changed, so this will be a time consuming and costly fix.
