How can He be so wrong. SCOTUS doesn't follow case law, it interprets how Case Law fits within the strictures of the Constitution. And that's just the 1st paragraph. This author gets out of bed on the left side.

Another left winger who pays no attention to the constitution, case law or anything else he doesn't agree with.

The author fails to take note that the 2nd Amendment, is now incorporated as the right to keep and bear arms by every U S Citizen in every state of the Union through the 14th Amendment and the MCDONALD decision.
That right "shall not be INFRINGED". That right is not only protected against "violation", or "abridgement", but "infringement" -- the merest trespass on that right, including the attempt by New York to "regulate" that right out of existence, is specifically forbidden.
