Oregon high court won't let voter gun control measure begin

In the meantime, the residents don't have a clue how it's supposed to work. They're getting told one thing by the State Courts and another by the Federal. BTW the Fed judge jumped in wayy early, before the Local court had a chance to make a decision, that then went to the State Supreme Court, which is this story.
