LT Brad McInnis In My Heart of Hearts, I Still think Well of OXFAM and I wonder if it was them Directly or Subcontractors that they Hired to Provide Relief Services. By Law in both cases they are still Liable but that is the Problem when You Contract stuff out, You have Less and Less Control Over It.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - I always follow the 90/10 rule. 90% of the people do the right thing, and 10% are the problems. Can't blame an entire organization on a few, but it would be nice had they found this earlier and been on top of it...
