One of my faves is Peach upside down cake made using a iron 15”
Iron skillet.. this size works best because there’s a handle opposite the long pan handle. Making easier to hang onto. (Best deal is two people to do this. Place board with parchment*overtop skillet. S’one holds board onto pan as board and pan are flipped over. (Oh yeah, go around edge with knife to make sure it is loose so It doesn’t break)
* foil bad because it shreds and may get in cake , at least paper slightly edible).
