Exactly, no concealed carry or purchase if you use MJ. I need my firearms...skip MJ!

Maj Joan Marine You seem to have missed my point. I'm not against the use of MJ. Just that it should be considered along the Lines of your favorite Bourbon. Some components of the plant may well have medicinal properties. There haven't been any real studies along those lines though. There's a lot of anecdotal stories around the efficacy of MJ. But, for the most part it's folks self medicating to get High and not medical in nature. That's my feelings about it. If someone wants to sit on their couch and get stoned, knock themselves out. The gov't doesn't like it because they can't figure out to effectively tax a weed that will grow almost anywhere.

What I'm saying is this not about self medication it's a tool for the left to confiscate weapons from citizens based on the use of a weed that grows almost everywhere...states legalize MJ but the govt keeps it illegal for their own purposes...Nowhere on the disclaimer for obtaining a weapon is a comment about use of alcohol, just illegal drug addiction.

SGT (Join to see) - If you are stoned, taken narcotics, or drank alcohol you should not have a firearm in your hands. You also should not drive or use power tools. Once it wears off, MJ should be treated the same as the others I listed. Problem is, until the feds legalize MJ they are going to restrict other activities. I personally am on the fence as a healthcare worker and used to be 100% for legalization. What has changed my view is hyperemesis cannabis from to much or bad weed. It could potentially fill up an ER.

MAJ Byron Oyler - The weed available now is not your old 20-30% THC anymore it's up to 50-60% THC...Not the same dose not the same side effect profile. We don't need more people using this recreationally or to fill the state tax coffers.

I support this in its entirety. I don't smoke pot. Never have, never will. My wife uses it to alleviate her pain. She doesn't do it to get high. She should not lose her 2nd Amendment right because of this drug.
