SSgt Donald Libby *For the Record, I'm Retired* In My World things were Rarely what they Seemed. During the Early Development of the Cruise Missile, Talk of UFOs was encouraged in the California Desert where they would Land after We Launched them at Sea. We Used OPDEC to Convince Our Marine Security Detachment at Project Classic Wizard that we had an Underground Submarine Maintenance Facility rather than the ELINT We were doing. I'm Not Sure I Would Call it a Waste and I'm Not Sure it is "All About UFOs"
