Newly appointed Chief Cryptologic Technician Technical Michael Schafle, of Fortuna, hugs a fellow chief after being pinned with his anchors during the 2019 USS Blue Ridge and U.S. 7th Fleet Chief Petty Officer Pinning ceremony in Yokosuka, Japan, on Friday.
