Poland pulls out of Jerusalem summit after 'racist' Israeli remarks

Poland's prime minister said Monday that his country will not participate in the Visegrad summit hosted by Israel on Tuesday, following Israeli prime minister and interim foreign minister remarks about Polish complicity in the Holocaust.
Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told reporters that Israel's interim Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz's remarks were "racist and unacceptable" and that "this is not something that can be left without a response."
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appointed Katz as interim foreign minister on Sunday. The same day, in an interview to Israel's i24 News Katz said: "I am the son of Holocaust survivors, we will never forgive and never forget, and there were many Poles who collaborated with the Nazis."

I don't find it all that controversial. In any occupied population there are going to be those that collaborate with the occupiers. Heck, there were even Jewish people who collaborated. If the Nazi's occupied the US, we would have had some collaborators too.
Though the 'suckled anti-Semitism with their mothers' milk' comment was uncalled for. Given the amount of anti-semitism that existed at the time all over Europe (and the US) it has some truth, but was stated in a manner designed to insult instead of point out history.
