This guy is full of it. Looking for a pay day. Cops were firing low to hit legs. He got struck in the groin. Should have left when the announcement was made numerous times. I would not allow this guy to teach another class at the academy.

So police tell you to disperse, you witness them using less than deadly force, police threaten you with less than deadly force, you refuse to comply and are surprised by the outcome? Not exactly rocket scientists here.
