"As President Trump has access to much more information than he did as a private citizen, he must have been told and was waiting for the best possible opportunity to send the disruptors loyal to Barrack Obama a very clear message."
Here's the problem with this argument. Trump didn't release the information.
"The tweets followed allegations made by conservative radio host Mark Levin, which were later picked up by Breitbart News, the website run by Steve Bannon before he became Mr Trump's chief strategist."

Obama 'never ordered Trump wire-tapping' - BBC News
Claims Barack Obama ordered wire-tapping of Donald Trump are "simply false", ex-president's spokesman says.

SPC Kevin Ford - Some so-called "constitutional conservatives" have taken a financial hit for going against Trump during the primary and are now claiming to have been onboard from the beginning in their fundraising appeals. Levin is one of those who lost a substantial amount of revenue and have been trying to look supportive and it's too-little-too-late.

SN (Join to see) - I am pleased when Levin gives Trump a “dressing down”. Levin is a conservative but his comments are among the rare fair and balanced.

PO3 John Wagner - Levin was a #NeverTrumper all the way up to the general election, insulted listeners who supported Donald Trump, and now (like many others) he's telling everyone why they should support the president. He lost all credibility after he supported Ted Cruz and demonized anyone who thought differently than him.

SN (Join to see) - He didn’t like Trump. Still doesn’t. He is a real political person though. He deals in realities. Trump is president. The democrats have lost their minds. He absolutely understands that the democrats have no message and no plan except to socialize the country.
I listened to his show quite a bit sometimes still do. He is a conservative and his loyalties are with the United States. I have no problem with his critiques of Trump. They are generally valid and he expresses them as disappointment more than anything.
I am die hard Trump but he certainly makes some cringeworthy statements.
Yet by the same token when the chips are down Trump always seems to come through like a champ. I believe that’s part of the genius of how he works.
Keep the competition thinking he won’t pull through in a pinch.
You gotta love it.

The FBI, NSA, and CIA have a lot of explaining to do. Their reputation took a major hit. It’s not that the people in the trenches are to blame... it’s their politically appointed leaders whose heads should roll but didn’t thanks to politically appointed social activist justices who declined to prosecute.
