And indeed the seditious conspiracy is widespread and demonstrates the massive criminality involved. And the guilty doth protest too much. They continue to deflect, distract and denigrate all fact tellers.

I like how you sign your conspiracy theory with your own name like that adds authority to your innuendoes...

Talk about hypocrisy, Trumpists callig false election when so far it has been primarily them that have been found at least trying, and most probably guilty, of voter fraud.

PO2 Marco Monsalve The truly insidious thing is many of them believed it. All their news sources were telling them the election was stolen and I suspect many of these people just thought they were stealing it back.

SPC Kevin Ford I’m not sure I give some of them even that benefit of the doubt. I think a fair piece of his base knee that the election wasn’t stolen and decided to steal it back anyway. Trump himself included.

SFC Thomas Foreman - I'm sure there were many in that camp too.

So why did they say the election was stolen by the Democrats and file over 60 lawsuits that all failed? We see the world, not as it is, but as we are

SFC Thomas Foreman - I get it. We can't use logic and reason to get someone out of a position they didn't use logic and reason to get themselves into. :)

For those of us who are believers in our system, we know we gave them every opportunity to make their case. That will be cold comfort in a civil war of course, but I don't quite think we are there ... yet.

SPC Kevin Ford I don’t think there will be a civil war because I think January 6 proved that ultimately most of them are cowards. Will violence increase? Probably. But the first time a few of those sunshine soldiers or summer patriots get their heads turned into canoes it’ll fizzle really fast

SFC Thomas Foreman - I think there. may be a period of civil unrest, primarily from the right. The same thing happened in the early 1970s (at that time, primarily from the left).

I guess what it comes down to is despite my pointing out problems with our system, I'm just a believer in it. For better or worse, I guess I always have been.

SPC Kevin Ford I’m a little more cynical I guess. I see bright spots…Kinzinger, Cheney, Romney to some extent…but so many on the right have just abandoned any pretense of principle or reason. They need to excise the trump wing and excise it emphatically
