Quantum Communication Could Make U.S. Subs Even More Deadly

This could be a significant quantum leap in communications from the old ELF. ELF was SLOW and limited in the amount of data transmitted due to the slowness. This makes it possible to burst a bit more information much faster and probably more reliably as well. I wonder how the Navy Development process is coming along if any?
