We should've LONG had teams on the ground doing a full BDA after a strike. This would prevent the finding out later on that "we didn't get the guy" reports. My question would be, how long can we support this? SOF operators are human, and can get burned out with the crazy OPTEMPO they've had to endure over the years. These men and women are not an easily made commodity either. All that training to either be on the teams or be in support isn't a two week AIT or ASI type of thing. Are we going to end up doing more harm over the long term with burnout and the hint of sequestration hanging over their shoulders? We're going to need a more long term solution than wack a mole with UAV's, and "non" deployment of troops.
