Thank God there is some sanity left in the federal courts. There is too much insanity on the political left.

Hydrogen would be an outstanding alternative to the current all electric green energy cult.
I've been part of the development of Hydrogen fuel cells back in the 90s. It can work, and would work better than EV cars/trucks. It just hasn't been pursued hard enough to make it scalable.

I retired from a multinational manufacturing concern. We used Hydricity packs in our AGVs, we also kept a large forktruck available, and busy, to get the vehicles out of the way when the packs shut down. That was as recent as 4 years ago.

Yeah, the fuel cells have limitations, but they are replaceable. It's getting fuel cells that are compatible with your equipment that is the issue. Which could have been dealt with a long time ago if the green cult hadn't jumped on the "Renewable" band wagon. Hydrogen is the ultimate renewable, but it's too convenient since it's everywhere and only leaves water as a biproduct. You can't tax people on something that is just another commodity already on the market.

The city where I grew up is in a canyon and this time of year you couldn't see the other side. Not so now. So obviously auto manufacturers have made great strides forward. What smoke is visible is from fires in other places and so called controlled burns authorized by the State's liberal governor.
