Excellent article, SGT (Join to see). Directly on target. Thanks for posting.
"Suddenly, on the eve of the Super Tuesday mega-primaries, the candidacies of front-runner Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren, and others simply evaporated."
I think a similar one could be written for the Republican party - given they all evaporate, one by one, too. Both parties are fleecing us, imho. We need campaign reform which should also be able to break the hold of party corruption.
Pete Buttigieg seems to have a lot going for him - at least when I have heard him speak about the issues. The question remains: would the fact that he is gay have lost him votes or gained them. He's young there is still time for him. Not so much for Bernie and Liz.
I thought Elizabeth Warren may have had the best chance, last time, because of Bernie being repeatedly marginalized as being far left. She is level headed, experienced, and does the work necessary to know the issues and present the bottomline about them, understandably. Seemed she was the only adult in the room at times during the debates.
She would not have been a bad choice as our first women president, imo. The question remains whether or not being a woman, and garnering Hillary Clinton's wrath, if she had been selected, would have lost or gained votes for her.

“ Democrats demonized anyone critical of Biden's obvious mental decline” yet won’t breathe a word of the obvious mental decline on the other side of the race
