Thanks for posting this article which lists a few facts left out by all other news reports I saw or read. Namely that men working on a fence smelled a fowl odor and saw human hair sticking out of the soil. These men then notified law enforcement. This in an area that a burn sight that had already been discovered, searched, and investigated. Unknown to the searchers they were literally walking on a concrete covered grave that had settled and been cleaned by recent rains, that very effectively hid it from investigators. One police officer said the grave and human remains was only 3 To 5 feet from the previously investigated burn sight. The lid of the luggage item, it is suspected that the body was transported to the grave sight, was discovered in that burn sight. Evidently the person or persons who buried the body had burned most of the evidence that would have helped prove who the perpetrators were. One lead said a person was seen struggling with a heavy piece of luggage that was a match to the luggage lid that was found in the burn sight. Names, ranks and duty positions have yet to be released on these suspects. Very informative!
