Amazing and if anyone had given fuel to the invading Russians that would clearly have been treason, aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war. Maybe some fuel to throw on the tank instead of refueling and burn it and make sure it can't be used again ever would be a good response ? Were they going to use cash or credit or expect a donation ?
