Congress as a whole writes laws to protect themselves. There is no seperation between parties or idealogical stances. For instance they cannot be charged with sexual harrasment. They cannot receive a parking or speeding ticket in DC. They cannot be made to pay back wasted funds. Term limits and get rid of Benes like health care for life and paid protection for life for leaders.

It is outrageous how generous Congressmen are treated. They have to serve just 5 years to get pension benefits.
