And see, this is why we can't have nice things. The rule is in place to prevent idiots from running my night of skeeball and I can understand why Dave and Busters enforced the rule but the Legion has a point. If the flag demonstrates gang activity, I guess everyone here is a gang member.

Would say Dave and Busters need to go back and redefine "gang affiliation" otherwise all Veterans groups, Boy Scouts, etc could be considered a gang.

I think they are talking about the tri-patches. Many biker groups including the Legion Riders wear these. As well as the American Flag and POW flag.

Underscores my rule that Zero Tolerance Policies are designed by and for idiots who can no more tell the difference between the American Legion vest and the Hell's Angels "colors" any better than they can tell a nail clipper from a 7" switchblade.

MSG (Join to see) in their defense, you can clip your nails with a seven inch switchblade, and if they give you a hang nail with those clippers you will regret it! Viva Los Clippers!!!

Whoah! The American Legion is considered "gang affiliation" by Dave and Busters dress code? What the hell is their problem?

I was at a small but popular diner in Mi. And I went in to see if there were tables available.. a sign said "No Club Colors". I had on a blurb AF silk looking jacket from overseas with a Map of Vietnam and some other countries on the back.. The restaurant owner said she'd love to have me as a guest but it happened before when a cycle club member launched a lawsuit when some sailors wore their jackets from Japan .. so now all over that town No Jackets from military or private orgs allowed in that restaurant, McDonald's, BK, Tim Horton's/Wendy's, etc. it's a town ordinance, restaurants have no control over it.. it's lost some business but it's stayed peaceful..!

SPC Kevin Ford - I surmise ot''s the demographics and the personal chemistry of the occupants of that environment that causes them to be the way they are.. maybe not enough co2 gets to their cranium..

PO3 Steven Sherrill - these L-tards don't seem to be able to deal with due to not enough co-2 reaching the brain..
I packed when stationed in ND.. and might have used it when I caught a guy breaking in the back foot of an establishment and if he had decided to lift that crowbar and throw it.
He wisely dropped it and sat down and we both waited for the Police to show up.. about 15 minutes.. maybe less.. since I didn't fire,
I was allowed to holster it. The guy complained to the officer and asked why he didn't ask to see my carry permit.. "JUST SHUT YOUR MOUTH, ________ before I gag you and tape it shut! " and I went on my way.. Grand Forks didn't have the usual number of officers on that night.. during paydays(ours and the base and the populace when people are out and about and spending their checks the shifts doubled up.. that same thug wanted to sue the city because the officer didn't do his duty and ask to see my carry permit ! I surmise he didn't believe I was authorized to carry...

SSgt Boyd Herrst - how does this incident have anything to do with Liberals vs Conservatives? Yes active duty and veterans could be considered the largest armed organization in America but that doesn't make us a gang let alone a dangerous gang. Should D&B ask uniformed Soldiers to leave because they are wearing what could be construed as "gang affiliation"? Lets keep the issue real, a veteran organization with club attire should not be treated in the same manner as a biker gang or street gang.
