Given his condition, it's pretty bold for him to have some of these nicknames. Where is his professed concern for DEI and the LGBTQIA+++ 'community'? Referring to his press secretary in such derogatory terms would seem to run counter to "equity" and "inclusion".

Remember when Kamala Harris visited Ukraine? They were begging her for aid after the Russian invasion. She attended a press conference with these desperate people and started laughing. "A friend in need is a friend indeed", she laughed. The Ukrainians all looked at her in astonished horror. Their country is invaded by Russians, and Kamala Harris is cackling in amusement at their press conference. I think she is so tone-deaf that she truly doesn't know what to say about any substantive issue, other than to somehow mention that she is female and a woman of color.
