Consider many units and their toxic leadership they will be hemorrhaging junior enlisted faster than they can replace them I see this as the usual cycle with our military saw it at east twice while in uniform.

1SG (Anonymous) - at Bliss the number of Soldiers being found dead in their rooms has increased, not motion as to why they died. The retention numbers can't get any lower there and they were going send the Commander from Hood that under investigation as a new commander. A recent example of toxic leadership is a Bradly rollover that caused troops to request medical attention for possible concessions only to be denied medical treatment because of the "MISSION". How many issues go unreported? In my day many were not, covered up or dressed up as other than what they were. I remember many of the death in my unit at Bragg, from a Trailer park fragging, multiple gunshot deaths in the barracks and assorted stupidity on and off base that never really received close attention and we had some very Toxic leaders then. The military has gotten very good at covering up issues.

1SG (Anonymous) - As for a GO being involved in direct (Micro Managing) behavior, I can't speak to him but I saw it in 35 years in uniform, it does happen. Sort of like a CSM walking around like a squad leader and chewing out Pvt's across his BN and BDE area. No longer the exception but the standard. As for teh Bradley there was no mission, it was a RTB from training, The Soldiers complained of dizziness and nashua, teh medics said to send them to the hospital, the Bradley wasn't going anywhere. Speaking from personal experience, delaying proper evaluation for head injuries is never a good thing.I will wait and see what happens with this incident but like 99% of the things I heard and saw I won't hold my breath.

1SG (Anonymous) - Top I apologize, Its just the I am ver sickened by what I saw and heard about, I have a peer down there and he is not a drama queen or does he he make comments just for shits and giggles, he give honest, unbiased reports and it is sickening across the board. The thing that really bothers me is the SMA is down the road and that NCO's are just ignored as troop morale goes into teh toilet and troops on their way out have to explain why they are getting out to a CSM and yet nobody does an investigation as to the "WHY" This isn't an isolated thing and thats why its so insane.

1SG (Anonymous) - as it should be but we really should bring back woodline counseling for toxic leaders, at worse it would be a good source of cardio and stress relief. :)
