Here's a dilemma. I don't think it should go to any of the mentioned parties in the story. I think it should be returned to the folks that donated it to begin with. Kyle's mom is mentioned, She was a transfer point though and should have records of the donations she received, so She can reimburse Her donors. Or, if the donors don't want it back, put it all into a trust to help other folks that have run afoul of Dem DAs with progressive agendas.
