In this video two rugby players Sergio and Lesly Klim performs the Royal Marine Fitness Test.This was definitely a solid workout, the reps are 3 rounds of: 20 burpees, 30 sit-ups, 20 pushups, 60 sec plank hold.

They passed. It helps knowing the end is in sight. Often recruits were put in the corner and told PT till I'm tired. Then the DI goes in the hooch and you sweat till he comes back.

CWO3 (Join to see) Ah the Memories, One of My Cousins Played Rugby, Watched His Wife Freak when He Started Rolling Around on the Ground Like He was Hurt Bad. Nope, Just Only Way He Could Get a Break, There is Little to No Stopping in Rugby. LOL! Also Remember One of My Divos LT Skull Royal Navy started a Rugby League in Pensacola, FL, I Still Say it was So He Could Beat Up His Fellow Officers and Get Away With It.
