I'm not clear what path this ministers jet took? Does it have to go around and fly 12 miles outside the limit for those Baltic states to get to kaliningrad? Or do they just fly straight through from Russia to the Baltic states straight to their Enclave? Does anyone know the normal norms? How did American and other NATO planes fly or did they fly from West Germany to Berlin to the main Airfield that they used to use? They went over Russian also known as East German airspace then didn't they?
