IMHO........Putin, not worried about what the USA will do (not with his bff in office), is moving to grow and consolidate his power......basically trying to reconstitute the old USSR. By the time Trump wakes up and sees what is happening (if he ever does), it will be too late.

Good, they can spend their money there and one advantage of more Chinese and Russian influence is the US pays people to play nice. Russians if they don't like your behavior, will just kill you. We have many the same goals in the world as the Russians and Chinese, peace equals $$$, it will just be done without the US government footing the bill.
