The Saudis are cash customers and they LOVE US tech! They are getting great training time in Yemen and moving it up to take on ISIS in Syria. Our equipment performs. When they bought US gear, they bought the entire "logistics tail" not just buying an F-15 like a car. They paid for advisors to help them build their maintenance systems and take over operations. This is a great Foreign Military Sales program success story. We saw the same success in Kuwait. I was at the Office of Military Cooperation - that case is worth $8 billion. The Gulf Cooperative Counsel (GCC) has reached operational maturity. They are picking up the ground war, so we don't have to. Hooray for them!
