Well thanks for putting out ideas. First "real prosecutors" are controlled by the executive branch of government. The Attorney General is appointed by the president so that does not fix anything. SJAG does a good job of separating TDS from military Justice. Also many SJAG officers start as prosecutors and then move to defense. I don't see how army directive decreases conviction integrity. I don't see the need to have a SHARP bullet on every NCOER and OER but it does not damage conviction integrity.

real courts are not controlled by the executive branch (as has clearly been demonstrated by recent events) it is a separate branch of government (see article III United States of America Constitution) but I bet a traffic cop doesn't need to know that. Real prosecutors do have a responsibility to the truth not simply getting bullets for their next OER. Also If SHARP contaminates every single person who might ever sit on a court-martial panel I would say that represents significant Unlawful Command Influence just like linking it to OER/NCOER. However, I think you are one of those people will never be convinced unless you are wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for it... I don't wish that on anyone though

okay, the traffic cop thing and the stuff about the constitution was a low blow and I apologize for that. But think about the fact that you have a preconceived notion about guilt when it comes to a 120 case where does that come from and your an investigator

conviction integrity units, Revoke army directive 2013-20, congressional hearings regarding how the Army increased it's sexual assault prisoner population by 500% no joke. separate the Trial Defensive services from the rest of the JAG core so that the SJA (read base prosecutor) doesn't control the Defense attornies. Defence resources equality, give the defense attornies equal resources to the prosecutors. Or even better leave criminal prosecution to the real Judicial system the one that isn't controlled by the executive branch of the government.
