Hmmm.... I certainly remember those crazy days.... Like when I was a newly minted LT in 1985, and we were expected to be at the club every Friday night, and tondrink, drink, drink.... and the new 2LT had to get the drinks and food for everything else... I was happy when a new 2LT arrived. Crazy days...

Or, the Fort Benning I-Bar...

I wonder if this secret bar rally exists...

COL Charles Williams There were a lot of those secret traditions that have gone by the way side since I started back in 1975. I think most of them have been cleaned up or lost overnight, but you never know.

COL Charles Williams, I attended the Signal Officer Basic Course at Fort Gordon, GA, JAN-APR74. Griffith Hall was then a BOQ, and there was an Officers Club annex on the first floor. It was common for "go-go" dancers to be performing there almost every afternoon! I'm not going to say they were exotic dancers, but they sure were scantily clad and on occasion there was some mingling with the patrons!
