Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - It's definitely not their "President" aka "Czar, dictator, King, anything that means Putin will always be either President in name, PM in name, but President in every other way. "A president cannot be elected to more than two consecutive terms, according to the country's constitution. The proposed amendment would allow for a third consecutive term" Sounds like a Czar to me.....
