I think Trump better hope that Flynn is willing to take the fall.......because if he starts singing, this whole thing will start to unravel like a cheap suit. A lot of threads are already exposed, and waiting to be pulled. I was taking a political science course when the Watergate thing broke wide open, and I'll never forget when the instructor told us we were about to witness a historical event. This is starting to feel like that.......

Flynn may have been acting on his own. He has a history of dumb sh*t. Sharing intel with Pakistanis, fired from DIA, now under DOD IG investigation for Russian $$ besides all of this. Not sure he really has much that would damage Trump because I doubt he was ever in the inner "inner circle". If he was then it truly is amateur hour. They likely felt obligated to give him a job for all his cheerleading during campaign. Once he was outed they kicked him to the curb. If there were any serious talks between Trump folks and Russia they were likely in person. More likely candidates with any beans to spill: Manafort, with Stone, Page far less likely. They had a deadline to provide documents to Senate last week and I don't think they met it so more subpoenas to follow? Look for "executive privilege" argument to back refusal to provide documents. It will likely fail because Trump was not in office at the time and they are not in WH employ now.

Flynn, Manafort, and Page all had something to gain. I could see it coming for those three. Back deals with Turkey, the Ukraine debacle in the GOP platform, and the trips to Russia for awards and patronage. Trump may not have known, but a three star should have. The foreign agent paperwork filed as an afterthought was a big come and investigate me more sign.
