In the Eastern European countries, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Russia, Belarus, and the Ukraine, from what I'd seen listed, as well as the strictly military ones done in Germany. Clearly, that was a far different period in history, public ire was generated, and, while not all were done that way, clearly, as you'd described, a goodly number apparently were, I'd gathered.
