We Invaded Iraq in 2003. No WMDs found. Iraq surrenders. Rumsfeld and Brenner fired Baath Party and Ltc/O-5 and above and this began the insurgency. We should let them stay. Not President Trump' s fault. First PFC Manning and wiki leaks and all the deaths the drunk/druggie EMO Manning caused and now this! The Illegal Iraqi Christians may not live long if deported back to Iraq. What a Mess!

FYI LTC (Join to see)
1. while most of the WMDs had been either expended on the Kurds in the north of the Shia in the south or shipped to Syria some of the capability was waiting to be exported. 2. One of my friend and USMA classmates was responsible for locating, identifying, tagging and preparing for removal the Nigerian yellowcake in Iraq in 2003.
3. Many of my classmates were there - commanding brigades and one commanded the 75th ranger regiment in the western desert of Iraq.
4. I concur with you that letting vetted Iraqi Christians is a prudent thing to do.

Iraqi Christians mostly supported Sadaam and many worked in his Civil Service. Tarak Azziz, the Deputy Prime Minister was Catholic. With both the Shiites and the Sunnis after them many fled to Syria where they are now being attacked by Sunni's and Shiites. The Pope has spoken out for these people but Evangelicals follow the money
