We have too many inmates languishing on "Death Row" filing appeal after appeal after appeal. If there is no doubt as to guilt and circumstance get it over with. If a criminal KNOWS Their action will result in a death penalty, swiftly carried out, I firmly believe that many of them will rethink their intent before hand.

Sort of agree, I think back to the old west when conviction, sentencing, and execution were pretty quick but that didnt necessarily keep murders from happening.
