Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch Issues Caution During Trump Hearing

This is precisely the point and exactly what is going on. It has nothing to do with justice and the enforcement of the law. These prosecutors only want to prevent Trump from becoming President again and all of this has only increased what started out as apathy towards him, to fully supporting and even respecting Trump for taking on this fight. If Democrats wonder in November how Trump managed to succeed, they’ll only have themselves to blame for not denouncing these clearly politically motivated actions through our court system. I get that the actions or the indifference to use the courts by Democrat “leaders” is not necessarily a reason for one to change their fundamental political perspectives and vote with the other parties, but they ARE allowing this to fester.

Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch is no dummy Brother Dale. Extreme caution is warranted in this situation. I can see absolute immunity in some instances but not others.
