What a load of crap. Do some actual research on all of what he said and in context. He wrote the following: The nation’s chief executive should be exempt from “time-consuming and distracting” lawsuits and investigations, which “would ill serve the public interest, especially in times of financial or national security crisis.”

According to you own article which, neglected to even attempt to explain it, he also went on to say:
"No single prosecutor, judge, or jury should be able to accomplish what the Constitution assigns to the Congress. Moreover, an impeached and removed President is still subject to criminal prosecution afterwards. In short, the Constitution establishes a clear mechanism to deter executive malfeasance; we should not burden a sitting President with civil suits, criminal investigations, or criminal prosecutions."

Which essentially states, per the CONSTITUTION of the US, there already is a mechanism to remove a President from office afforded to Congress if he commits high crime or misdemeanors. If he is successfully removed from office after impeachment, he would then be subject to criminal prosecution by the courts. Congress also has the power to authorize an investigation, as was done during the Starr investigation of the Clinton Admin. This led to the impeach which Congress ultimately voted to acquit. There is a process, Kavanaugh obviously understands it, and he actually has experience in it. Seems to me like this proves his worth as a judge who understands the law and the mechanisms within.
