Nice innovation. I thought they were doing this with the 9th ID out of Lewis in the 80's?

I believe they were. One of the guys I taught with at USMA was a bn. XO at Lewis, but in the '90s.

With all this new tech they have now, it's an ever-changing Military Brother Dale. New stuff is obsolete by the time some troops even get it, and they have moved on to something newer entirely.

Tell me about it! I had the misfortune to be assigned to units that had the oldest equipment in the inventory when I joined them, so I never got to use any new stuff . . .
